I just got back from the OR. They were able to get more (90%) of the clot out!! They still couldnt get the filters out but were able to shrink the big chunk that was causing the mass blockage. I will need one more 2 day visit once my Fibrinogen levels have recovered back to the 300 range, this will be to remove that last little chunk and get the filters out for good. Being that I have not been able to stand, stretch my back or do any of my spinal physical therapy Im going to have to focus on that as well. But all in all, I am sprinting towards the end of this hellacious journey and Im really happy I made the decision to move forward with this weeks plan, even with the risks that were present. Thank you so much for your caring and support through all of this!!!
