I just got called out on the phone. Some asshole wanted to threaten me for sticking up for a young black kid the other day. I thought nothing of it at the time... I just saw and heard a lot of racial terms being slung at the boy. I pulled him aside and told him you dont gotta take that kind of ignorence. So far being the man I am in a new place really isnt going so well. Luckily Ive learned that if I havnt done anything wrong, I have no reason to be afraid. Im guessing, like what has already happened a couple times, Ill receive an apology. If it happens, Ill relay it to that kid. Weezus.
