I just got done watching the tv show Mystery Diners, and now I have seen why some places have a high turnover rate. Its usually because these places whether restaurants, grocery stores, retail, factories, so on, have these cliques that form and over time? If theres a new worker, they are considered outsiders. As if it wasnt hard enough to prove yourself and keep your job within 90 days say, or newly promoted to a new dept. you have to fight the Injustice of being hazed or being forced out by these people in these cliques, including bad managers or assistants, even department heads. My question is this, I wonder how many places out there would pass if they were being watched by an outside source their performances via hidden cameras, and voice recorders. Examples I saw on show were manager bad mouthing owners, mistreatment of new employees, special treatment to old customers and treating new ones like crap, and finally in another set of examples, subbing triple xxxx ghost pepper sauce in place of say honey barbq to a customer or having a new employee try it without warning them. The big deal behind this is opening the door to harmful reaction and lawsuit.
