I just got my copy of "Modern Essentials". It is, without a doubt, the most comprehensive, easy to use guide to using essential oils I have seen. Featuring doTERRA oils, this book explains every single oil and oil blend in detail, provides application methods, lists their properties and other important info. There is also a section that details the supplements and essential living products. But the BEST PART is the Usage Guide. Almost any illness, symptom or complaint you can think of is listed and gives detailed information on which oil/s to use and how to use them.
