I just got promising news from my doc. It seems that this last chemotherapy regimen is working. From a 5.6 cancer marker to a 2.4 change the difference has been significant clinically. I was supposed to get a bone petscan later but it was postponed until 8 weeks. We should really have a clear indication then of ( hopefully) regression of disease. This means 8 weeks still of my chemo regimen. Its working and not too many harsh side effects so I keep chugging along. It hasnt stopped me from enjoying my loves and my life. I will continue my battle until I win or until God permits. Im very happy with the current news and extremely optimistic. When I told my doc I climbed 300 steps up the leaning tower of Pisa, his jaw dropped and it confirmed his clinical analysis. There is no way I could do that if disease was active or getting worse. Its all good, thank God. Lord knows I prayed fiercely in every towns Basilica in Italy I visited. I did pray for my situation and my dear loved ones also facing their challenges. God is good and Im sure he will hear my prayers.
