I just had a problem with ebay. I tried to buy something, but ebay would not take my payment. I thought it was related to the item i was buying, so i tried to buy a similar item. now im on the hook to buy both of them. i called ebay. Their customer representative could barely speak english. speaking english, i would imagine, should be a job requirement if your job is to SPEAK ENGLISH ON THE PHONE. apparently, that is not the case. additionally, when i finally got someone whom spoke on the phone, she informed me that there was nothing they would do to help, i was on my own. eBay does not give a shit about its customers.
