I just had an experience with Peaceful Valley Farm & Garden Supply, which will probably be my last. I was at their store about a week and a half ago. I wanted to pick up seeds, and Jerusalem Artichokes. When I went to the wall that has all the seed packets, I kept getting pushed out of the way, by three employees, with their little clip boards, looking for seeds, to fill their orders. I felt really uncomfortable. Not one of them said excuse me, as they pushed through, in front of me. Later, as I paid for the seeds, I ordered some Jerusalem Artichokes. They were out, but were suppose to come early this week. I left my cell phone number, and arranged that a friend would pick them up when they came in, because I live about an hour away. No phone call. Nothing. When I called just now, I was told they are out of stock now. They did come in, and although I did pay for them, other orders will filled, using my paid plants. Of course, I was reassured that I will get a credit. What kind of business are they running? Has anyone else had a bad experience? As I said, this will probably be my last dealing with them!
