I just had another Self Defense incident I thought Id share. Today a few minutes ago, around 3:00 pm I pulled into Royal Farms in Smyrna, directly in front of the building. Next to me was a SUV with New Jersey tags. As I got out of my car, these two guys get out of the SUV and approach me. One of them was carrying a small handbag and approached me from the front. The other guy kept trying to walk behind me. The first guy said hey man, can I talk to you?, as I was about to respond he began reaching in his handbag I got nervous and got close to him prepared to use my gun defense and asked, in no uncertain terms, what was in the bag and what he wants with me. The other guy immediately gets loud and Yo man calm the f#%^ down, he was just going to ask you if you were interested in any mens cologne. I said no man, get out of here. The first guy them goes off saying what do you got a problem with me because Im Black? I said no, I have a problem with you because you approach me like a thug reaching into your bag while your boy here trys to walk behind me. We talked a bit more then they both just walked off back to their truck. I know Im not a very approachable looking guy, but if these were willing to approach a guy like me in broad daylight in the middle of the afternoon, why wouldnt they approach you?
