I just had the WORST experience of my life....I set up an appt with Strength and Beyond for today because I am looking for a gym close to my house. Met with a guy there who walked me through the building. He then sat down with me and Shadiah and explained my target weight, which he chose. I explained to him that I like being thicker and would prefer to be about 165lbs. He then proceeded to tell me that if I didnt get a membership and meet his idea of a target weight that my husband would be wiping my butt due to cardio vascular disease. He was rude and very forceful! I do not recommend anyone go there. Shadiah referred to the atmosphere as gymtimidation! I abruptly ended the consultation by cutting him off and saying this appointment is over, thanks but no thanks!
