I just had the most evil/awesome idea ever. A small little WiFi transmitter, that ONLY transmits an SSID. You program it by a USB cable. Powered by a 9v battery. Make it cheap enough so people can just leave them around and watch the havoc they create. Name one Customer Free WiFi and hide it inside a Starbucks for instance. Try to connect to it, as it doesnt receive, nor is hooked up to the internet and watch the frustration spread. Name one DEA Surveillance Van8 and see how quick your meth head neighbors move out... The options are endless for the high-jinx you can get into with this thing!
