I just had the most exciting trip home from Harvey in 12 years. Three cops holding a guy at gunpoint in the middle of the highway after chasing him for 20 minutes. One cop on the loudspeaker barking out orders. A plane circling constantly overhead in case the guy made a run for it. 3 more cops arriving on the scene sometime later. In hindsight, I should have just gotten out of the vehicle and put my arms up in the first place.
