I just have one question for the saints: Did EVERYBODY run from the calling of God? I mean, when God spoke to you about being a servant, minister, pastor, elder, bishop etc. did you run before accepting the call? Ive never heard so many people talk about their running experience in my life. I knew at an early age that I would be in ministry as a preacher. So when God spoke to me and my leader in 1998 about me being ordained as an Evangelist, I simply said yes. I didnt know what my yes really meant, didnt realize what I was getting into or what this would cost me but I never thought about saying no. When God spoke in 2011 about my elevation to an Elder, again I said yes. Never thought about saying no. With ALL of my shortcomings and ALL of my faults and imperfections, I still knew HE had chosen me for a time such as this. HE made me! HE knew I was a mess when HE chose me BUT HE also knew I would accept the calling because I trust HIM! Im still a work in progress but Im not turning back! HES been to good! I realize everybody experience is different. Please, if you ran its ok calm down...lol At least you accepted the calling. I just dont want people think that you first have to run before you accept the calling. Im just asking, maybe Im off...lol
