I just have to say how touched I am. Mr. Kerry and I, along with a dear friend, saw the movie The The Saratov Approach this evening. It is the true story of two LDS Missionaries who were kidnapped and held for ransom in Saratov, Russia in 1998. Five years later, our son Erik Lauritzen would serve in that same area. I remembered the kidnapping, and was so nervous to have him serve there. This movie brought back a lot of memories, and some of the fears I had when he left to serve the people of Russia. The movie was filmed on location. I was in that city! I walked some of the same streets and saw the same bridges! This movie is playing in Columbus until Thursday, and in a number of others cities around the US. Please consider seeing it. Please. https://facebook/saratovapproach
