I just have to share the events of our past weekend. I wish I knew how to post pictures so I could show you! But I cant! Steve,me, Mary&Dale, Dan&CarolAnn, Barb, Donna, Janice, Carol, Betty, Anita, Alice and Shelly all spent from Thursday afternoon until Sunday afternoon at a 2 bedroom,1 bathroom cottage on Arnold Lake in Harrison.(Thank you our dear friends who so generously loaned it to us!!! you guys are the greatest!) . Sounds a little crowded? No, not at all. There was never a time that we had to fight over the bathroom, there was not a night that anyone had to go without sleep for lack of sleeping room (okay, we also had a Motor Home to pick up the slack!!) And there was not an hour that passed that we didnt have something we were eating and there wasnt a moment of disagreements. I have NEVER seen such a happy bunch of siblings. There were a couple of people (not mentioning any names, Dan) that forgot their luggage,their were a few times that one or the other of us lost our cameras, cell phones, etc., but other than those little menial things it was perfect four days. The weather was gorgeous. The water was even warm enough to wade. We had walkers, shoppers, sewers (thats people that sew),and sleepers. We laughed, told stories, sang songs, took lots of pictures (and lots more pictures), visited a couple of Churches,played cards, and more cards and ate more food than most of us would eat in a month, and on an occasion or two(LOL!!!!) drank some beer,and a few other fluids. What a fantabulous time. I thank the Good Lord every day of my life that I have been so blessed to be included in such a beautiful family surrounding! I love all of you with all of my heart and soul!!
