I just have to share with my buds. Hubby and I were invited to our friends home for dinner. We were a little nervous.... first time we have not cooked.... They made chicken fajitas with onions and peppers.... grilled the chicken first on the bbq, then mixed with different seasonings.... no oil (3 points per serving). She bought wheat tortilla for us (3 points, but thats ok-we buy the 1 point ones.... but truly it is the thought that counts), made homemade salsa, rice with salsa and herbs mixed in 1/2 cup servings....we brought a salad and ff dressings and.... she had angel food cake and strawberries for dessert. They are the sweetest couple ever....and so very thoughtful. love them xoxo
