I just heard someone outside my window listening to Hard Knock Life so I thought about doing that for todays #DailyDohse. But most people probably already know that sample (so Ill save it for a day when Im feeling really lazy). But it reminded me of another track that samples a song from a musical. The intro and chorus are kinda corny but the verse goes pretty hard...especially considering its built off a song from a Disney musical. *Capone - King of New York (2006) https://youtube/watch?v=zKNJtTNAJTE Samples: *Newsies - King of New York (1992) https://youtube/watch?v=ePcQ-Z2C56Y I feel like Im required to use the clip from the movie because A - the accents and dialog (definitely gonna start calling people glum and dumn) and B - young Christian Bale. Theres a bunch of hootin and hollerin drowning out the track but the sample comes from around 1:33.
