I just heard the story that put forth the argument that the violence advocated by I.S.x.x. comes from the hadith rather than the Quran. It might be argued then, that these terrorist groups should be referred to by a term reflecting - and accentuating - that distinction, rather than as Islamic (see excerpt below.) Maybe sharian terrorists or sharists... Perhaps hadithan terrorists or hadithists. ... The hadith was used in forming the basis of Shariah Law.
