I just listened to mine and Tims broadcast of the Byron game. I have come to a couple of conclusions. The young men on the Rocket football team are getting better every week. The coaches for the Rocket football team are getting better every week.. There are some Rocket football parents that are getting better every week. NOW CAN WE GET SOME FAN SUPPORT FOR THE ROCKET FOOTBALL TEAM? These kids and coaches are working their asses off to get better, the least we as fans can do is show a little more support for their efforts. This group of Rockets and coaches are usually much better than their record and the scoreboard. They play til the final whistle, never giving up, unlike most fans. It has been a season of playing VERY good football, until they make a few mistakes that turn in to big plays for the opposition. That is when the fan base gives up. These kids have heart and NEVER give up. So can we as a group show a TON more support for YOUR Rock Falls Rockets? Its going to be cold out there tonight, dress warm, and maybe get up and clap and cheer for YOUR TEAM, I know that helps me to stay warm. My partner Tim Galvan asked 2 weeks ago, isnt the crowd supposed to be the twelfth man and give you the home field advantage? Please dont make us doubt fan and family support tonight. GO ROCKETS!!!!!!! And I would like to think that Tim and I are getting better every week. If you cant be there please listen in on AM 1240 WSDR
