I just made an incredibly easy chicken dish last night. Was a hit with the fam....boneless skinless chicken breasts, coat with hummus (I used sabra red pepper), squeeze a little lemon juice over, a little rosemary on top, bake at 400 for about 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken. Serve with rice or whatever. I dont usually like chicken, my kids either. Everyone ate this without complaint.
