I just phoned The Recycling Department atTewkesbury Borough Council Office to ask if I can have a new food recycle bin as mine has broken and the lid no longer locks so animals are getting in to it , and was told I would have to pay £5 !!!! For a new one, it wasnt me that broke it and I believe it was more likely to have been the council employee who emptied it. Just tell why do I pay Council Tax ?
