I just picked up a copy of Paint Shop Pro ultimate from B&H Photo for $69.00. Many of you know that I teach Computer Art. I need to keep abreast of the 2D digital visual world. I own Photoshop CS5. Pre cloud. . Im not going to sign up for a monthly Adobe payment...no way. Guess what...Paint Shop Pro is pretty amazing. They built in some Painter tools. They incorporate the KPT filters for free. They wont run in Photoshop. They used to cost $100.00 by themselves. They give you 2 other programs, one of them is a portrait cleaning program that actually works. Its like Ive reconnected with Kai Krause (look it up). My suggestion, if you are having trouble with Adobes new policies, check out the Corel products.
