I just read a judges decision in a case involving the governor of Wisconsin and the breaking of campaign laws. Watch this. The plaintiffs have found a way to circumvent campaign finance laws, and that circumvention should not and cannot be condemned or restricted. Instead it should be recognized as promoting political speech, an activity that is ingrained in our culture. The judge also ordered that all evidence should be destroyed. The circumvention of our laws are illegal, as far as I know. This is one of those judges who was wined and dined by money provided by the Koch brothers. This, my friends, is the final breakdown of a democratic society when we see a broad based removal of fairness in our justice system. Oh I know there will be those who claim we do not have a democracy but a republic, to those I say carry that crap somewhere else. We indeed have a major problem.
