I just read an article over at ivillage that was 30 ways to drop a dress size in 30 days. Each tip was swap this for that EVERYDAY and lose a pound in a month. So it looks like their typical reader has a cup of ice cream, a glass of wine, a scoop of mashed potatoes, a Starbucks scone, a handful of walnuts, a glass of juice, a bagel, and a handful of pretzels EVERYDAY. Oh, and they dont eat veggies ever, and they eat most if not all their meals out. Every day. Who are these people?
