I just read that Miss Mattie Taylor has passed away. I could not help but have my eyes swell with tears as I read this. Miss Mattie was such a sweet lady and was always so good to us kids and even some of our Children were blessed to be able to know her riding on the school bus.. I always enjoyed her laughter as she chased me, dude, and Eugene down the hallway with her broom. I bet her and Mr. Dan Taylor have a whole lot to catch up on. She will be missed so much.
