I just realized this month makes my 20th year since they put a mechanical valve in me, for those of you who dont know or didnt know but anyways, Ive seen doctors and nurses almost all my life and of lately some of them may want to kick my okole for being a little irresponsible, I havent really shared this information before on social media but then each year I get baffled with why Im still here, I cant even figure out the plan I know the changes I need to make in myself whether good or bad but Im also an adventurer so Im the roller of the dice: blessed and amazed by so many and still learning, This month also makes 2 years since Ive been invited to swim and do Zumba with bradda Boy Kamaka and since Ive had food from McDonalds or soda pop!!! This morning I was in the water at 8 a.m. And did a 45 minute butterfly swim cardio which is like a major big thing for me, but dont worry I havent cleaned up 100% bahaha for tomorrow night we drink Jagermeister shots!!! then Ill ask you how did I get home hobrah?
