I just received word that Art Goodrich took his last breath - TopicsExpress

I just received word that Art Goodrich took his last breath yesterday. I am sending Heart Hugs around the world in celebration of his connection and love of animals. Art was the organizer of the 20th annual San Diego Zookeepers conference and invited me as a guest speaker. He is responsible for me TTouching Joyce, the 11 foot python who had reoccurring pneumonia that responded so well to TTouch. Thats where our Python TTouch was conceived. And it was Louis the month old orangutan Art brought me to in the San Diego Zoos nursery because he did not have an adequate sucking reflex and was losing weight. No one had been successful at getting him to drink adequately from the bottle.. After 30 minutes of TTouch he relaxed his back, which tended to hyper-extend when he attempted to drink out of the bottle with gusto and i showed the keeper how to burp him in a few minutes using Ear TTouch instead of the normal 20 to 30 minutes. There are many more stories. I hope some of you who were with me at that conference will recall some Art Goodrich experiences. In a TV interview Art said about TTouch. If you have time to pet your animals, you have time to TTouch them and you will be well rewarded. I will miss you Art, but you live on in my heart and my hands each time I do a Python TTouch, or Clouded Leopard or Orangutan TTouch. Thank you for all you did for so many animals.
