I just saw a comment that my sibling left on one of my cuzzos walls, and as innocent as it may appear, it is extremely disturbing to me. I want to say something, but its not worth. Im going to let ignorance remain. As a woman and a mother, I could never do my children the same way my sperm donor holder did me and my siblings. Its a vicious cycle that only the strong will survive. Either you break it or continue it. As far as myself I broke it, cant stay the same for my sibling. It hurts me to the core that my niece and nephew had to endure the same hurt I encountered. I Thank my aunt Romie Rush with all my soul for taking care of us. My niece Shieteria Dennis and I are strong, beautiful, intelligent, educated, loving Black women and mothers in spite of not having our biological parents. Goes to show you, its not where you been, its where you at and where you going. And its not who you know, but what you know. I know I love Shieteria Dennis and Akeem Dennis with all my hurt and soul. And I would give my life for my aunt Romie, but I think Tweety-bird and Chrissy-poo will have a serious problem with that, so Ill just buy her something.
