I just saw a ridiculous post by an obviously jealous #networkmarketer using #internetmarketing to build his business. He wrote, What does that tell you when a companys leaders are all creating their own System? Must be that the company has no momentum and their current system isnt working. Heres my take on this comment: #EPICFAIL Heres why, and forgive me for being direct here. It doesnt matter which #NetworkMarketing Company you are with. The company really only has 2 major responsibilities. #1 - Create, make, manufacture, offer, ship, deliver, and be responsible for (by way of customer service), a good product or service. And... #2 - Pay accurately & on time. And thats it. No more. No less. So, when independent affiliates, distributors, representatives, promoters, etc, create their own tools & Systems, they are obviously doing it to build their businesses in a way that suits them, and their marketing & selling style, and gives them a distinct advantage over others marketing the same products and/or services, which there is nothing wrong with. This has nothing to do with the Companys marketing or momentum. It has to do with the creativity & ingenuity of the marketers, and their desire to support their own teams, and perhaps other peoples teams, in getting better results. So, when you hear people bashing new systems, and putting down something that they dont know a thing about, send them to this post and let them better understand that as marketers, this is what we are paid to do. And in the process, if the System owners get paid for their time, energy, effort, creativity, ideas, and their passion, great for them!! When you are truly ready, perhaps you will do the same thing. Until then... ... either lead, follow, or get the HELL out the way. #RashkinsRants
