I just saw the game between the New Jersey Devils vs. Vancouver - TopicsExpress

I just saw the game between the New Jersey Devils vs. Vancouver Canucks and it was a close game. There was no scoring in the 1st period but the Canucks outplayed the Devils. They controlled puck possession and had a lot of shots of goal. Then early in the 2nd period, the Canucks continued the good play and then scored a goal 1:14 into the period to take a 1-0 lead. Then the rest of the period, the Devils started to stabilize the game and started to control the momentum but they didnt score a goal. Then in the 3rd period, the Devils started to press the Canucks and outplayed them but no goals for the Devils. Then with about 5 minutes left in the period, the Canucks scored a goal on a break away to take a 2-0 lead and Vancouver wins. The Vancouver Canucks beat the New Jersey Devils by the score of 2-0. The Devils offense couldnt do nothing until the 3rd period, when they play well but couldnt score a goal. Cory Schneider kept the Devils in the game and playing very good in net making 34 saves but the Devils offense couldnt do nothing to support Schneider. The Devils only played a good 3rd period but couldnt come up with a 60 minute effort tonight and that is why they lost. The Devils finished this western Canadian road trip with a record of 1-2-1 and now has a total record of 9-10-3 with 21 points. Now the Devils have a couple of days off for the Thanksgiving holiday and the next game will be on Friday at home against the Detroit Red Wings. The Devils have to play a complete game and a better effort to win the next game. LETS GO DEVILS!!!
