I just saw this clip on the National EMS Pilots website and Im still shaking, not with fear but with pure anger at what I saw. About twenty pilots who saw it on the NEMSPA website chimed in saying how dangerous this flight was, how the guy was an idiot, how hes an accident waiting to happen etc. etc. I wrote on the site that inaction is in fact an action that says that one sanctions such behavior and I said I was going to do something about it. This guy gives us all a bad name and needs to at least have a stern talking to before he kills someone. Personally, I think he needs his license suspended. So I decided to act. I emailed this clip to the Georgia FSDO, identified myself saying Im an international helicopter ATP flight examiner with 13,000 hours and said they need to do something now before this guy creates a disaster. Then I wrote another email to my friend Matthew Rigsby who is a chief accident investigator for the FAA and this is what I said in that email: Matt I saw this clip on the National EMS Pilots Website today and it outrages me.
