I just saw this on another friends site and thought how easy it is for kids to make :) DO NOTHING CAKE CAKE: 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 medium can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt DIRECTIONS: *Preheat oven to 350. *Blend all ingredients and pour into a greased13x9 pan. *Bake for 40 minutes. TOPPING: 1 stick butter 1/2 cup white sugar 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup brown sugar DIRECTIONS: *Combine in medium saucepan and cook for 5 minutes DO NOT BOIL. *Remove from heat and stir in: 1 cup coconut 1 cup pecans, chopped *Pour mixture over hot cake. *After cooled. *Keep cake refrigerated.
