I just sent a ton of invites to a page that means a lot to me and my friends in San Antonio. For those of you who knew Tacoland, and Ram, you know that its just the right thing to support. For those of you who dont, please take a moment to read about a place, and a man, that meant more to the San Antonio music scene, The Texas music scene...and just us, everywhere... than any other venue I have ever in my life experienced. And trust me, Ive been to A LOT of venues here in the states and overseas. Im going to post some links as well; that help those of you who never had the opportunity to experience the ultimately one of a kind place, and certainly man, that those of us who were fortunate enough to be a part of it all, considered home. As for the man; there are few words that could truly define what he meant to all of us who knew and loved him. All that I can say, and I say this with a certainty that needs absolutely no assurance from others, even those I never met; Ram Ayala will live in the hearts and the minds of all those had the chance to know him. Im pretty sure that rings true for even just those who only had the chance to cross his path. I hope that every single person I sent an invite to will take a moment to learn even just a little bit about a true San Antonio legend. And I hope that what little you might learn is enough for you to at least show your support for this cause by liking the page Change the NAME (Ill post the link at the end of this post as well). It means the world to those of us who knew him.
