I just sent to emails out to my sister and my father and my case managers and my advocate . One apologizing to my sister for the hurtful emails. One telling them what I need and want which is independence unless I call them for something and I gave the example of my desperate need to see my dentist ! I also explained what is going on as far as my diagnosis of severe spinal arthritis and what is being done for and whose involved! In the same email I wished my parents a Happy ANNIVERSARY as today is # 58.
