I just signed up for the six month boot camp... Those of you who know me, know how tight I am with my money, so this was a huge step for me... But the payoff in years added to my life and feeling good and fitting in my clothes, definitely worth it! When I started 7 weeks ago, couldnt do one push up, last thursday did 140...I dont hurt after a workout, just a little reminder of underused muscles the next day, but I like that...I have to say my trainer Hope Pacheco is amazing and very motivational. The gals in my class are great too! (not a bunch of hard bodies that make you feel bad, just ordinary women of all shapes and sizes trying to improve their lives.)
