I just spoke to my awesome friend Tina Stickley; and I am ready to head out soon and get some mileage in. All this running we do; has taken me to a place I have never been before. Not the top of a hill or two (it has), but it has taken me to being surrounded by amazing, inspiring, and kind people. Running brought me to groups like Team In Training, like RODS Racing - and who knows what is around the corner. Lets get up, lets keep moving, lets get our butts in gear and kick a$$!!!! Our running saves lives in more than one way, and I am positive, 100% convinced it saved mine. GO Team!!!!!
