I just spoke with my son...who requested I not deactivate my account...I abhor the arguments we few get in to on charged issues...I have tried ignoring most of the issues posted on my page as a result of Newsfeeds Etc...BUT keep in mind, I am permitted Freedom of Speech also...If a picture or post is on my page that offends me in its content, I will respond in kind . That does not Constitute a Personal Attack on Anyone...any more than your having shared that post with me is a personal attack on me..It simply indicates that I too have an opinion on that particular issue & to sit in silence is being Untrue to myself. You all are entitled to Like certain political or moral or present day issues...you are, as Americans Free to express your opinions on those issues without that being a personal attack...but you are not entitled to repress my opinion on the same matters before me. I will continue to try to ignore most of your posts with which I disagree...But I will also continue to respond to items in front of me which I find highly offensive. AND i repeat...if anyone feels strongly about something & they put that out there for all to see...I do not consider that a Personal attack on me..likewise when I feel the right to respond to that Post ..It is a response to an issuer NOT a personal attack on the person who posted it . .
