I just thought I would make this connection for my martial arts - TopicsExpress

I just thought I would make this connection for my martial arts family. Everything I talked about with Josh I apply to my training. I dont believe martial power comes from physical strength. It comes from a strong mind body coordination, fueled by the spirit. Coordination to the point of being able to control your body down to the cellular level. Developing physical strength is good because it definitely strengthens coordination. It also increases the capacity of your body to store energy (or chi). On the cellular level it speeds up cellular vibrations. And yes our cells do hold charges in fact our bones generate energy when put under stress, this is called piezoelectric. But internal training is good because it loosens your body and teaches you to feel your cellular vibrations at a slower rate. Also what good is increased physical capacity if you keep the same internal mass (its like pouring 8 oz of water into a 16 oz glass but not filling the glass the rest of the way) I believe that once you can perceive your cells and your vibrations as well as electromagnetic force you emit, and also perceive the vibrations of your opponent. Then true skill and power will occur. So training internal and external evenly will allow you to perceive a wider range of cellular activity. I could go on but I think thats good. feel free to share if you think you know any Martial Artist who might like this or disagree. Im open to discussions and suggestions.
