I just voted in support of H.R. 803 the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity/#SKILLS Act. Legislation like this is vital to American Competitiveness. If we want to be the leading economic competitor in the World, our workforce must be the most developed and highly-skilled in the World. The SKILLS Act provides our job training and readiness programs the flexibility to grow simultaneously with new business technologies so we can maintain our competitive edge.
