I just walked in from visiting my Mom at the nursing home. I have just realized, I have a super woman for a Mom. Since being in two hopitals, and in the Rehab-Nursing Home since July. Mom has worked very hard, and has made the most incredible progress. She is now walking with a waker ( with assistance), feeding herself and dressing herself. The Dr. says she can return home in two more weeks, with 24 hour care. It is such a pleasure, to be able to have a conversation with her and she will still give you, her opinion but that is ok. It is just a plain miracle, to see my Mom come as far as she has! The journey has taken me through many emotions. I want to thank EVERYONE, who has guided me in the right directions to get the help I needed for my Mom, to those who have prayed for our family and especially, thank you God, for giving ME the strenth and reassurance to get through the longest last tweleve weeks. Prayers go up blessings come down! My heart, is rejoicing today!!!
