I just wanna say that I had an incredible experience at the pell city ER last night with my grandfather. We were there for a long time due to tests being run, but they were very efficient, thorough, and took great care of him. The nurse was amazing. I dont know his name but he and his wife attend Church of the Highlands. I think he said he was a supervisor but I could be wrong. He took excellent care of my grandfather. Even when we had to wait for test results the man checked on him often. Even gave him peanut butter, crackers, and a drink cause he was hungry. I was so thankful that we had such a good experience. I understand that being in an ER can take a long time due to test results and things, but I was VERY impressed with the quality of care.
