I just want the buskers of Camden to know that if this legislation were to go through it would be an affront to natural justice and we will not stand for it. I will be advocating a campaign of mass peaceful dissent to the policy and advising all buskers NOT TO SIGN UP TO IT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We will not give it legitimacy, instead we will stage simultaneous Protest Busks with our rights to FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, ASSOCIATION and TO PROTEST protected under the Human Rights Act. I will conduct training seminars and design and distribute leaflets and banners that say This is a protest busk against the Camden busking licence which I believe to be in breach of the Human Rights Act We will put in multiple legal challenges to the legislation, and, of course, stage many performances of the Citizens Kazoo Orchestra. Friends, this is only the beginning....
