I just want to dedicate this post to how incredibly BRAVE Christian has been this year! From the day he was diagnosed with high-risk Tcell Leukemia in March, he has endured 40 days of hospitalization, 12 Lumbar Punctures with Methotrexate, 3 Bone Marrow Aspirations, 8 days of cranial radiation, 1 port surgery, as well as countless exams, X-rays, blood transfusions, ultrasounds, chemo medications, pills, breathing treatments, steroids, pokes, port-accesses, IVs, outpatient visits and much much more. Despite it all, he has never complained or pitied himself which is more than I can say for myself. He really is a brave little hero!!! Right now we are waiting to see if Christian makes counts to start Maintenance, but more on that later.
