I just want to give a shout out to Jolene Walden Berke who taught an A-MAZ-ING Aquatics class this morning at the Kearney YMCA. I dont think she even knows how great of an instructor she really is! Peeps...we are not getting any younger and we beat our bodies up....you gotta try getting in the pool to take some of that impact off and give those joints a break! I loved it and I will be back. Dont worry Kathleen Finkner Ill be to one of your classes soon too! Also...youll be seeing me in Aqua Zumba with Erin Bailey and Barbara Hager Mathis soon too! I never thought Id say it but I love the water! Whos jumping in with me next week??
