I just want to give a special shout out to my boy Donny Tudahl he is a 242 lbs lifter. IN his first meet ever at Metroflex Gym, Long Beach 4 weeks away!!! on October 4th. Hes going to beast it out big time! Very proud to be seeing him hit Elite in his first meet ever. Another shot out to my boys Jordan Grahm and Tristan James Lodge who are also doing their first meet. Im proud to all of us representing Golds Golds Gym - Venice, CA. Each one of these men have been training hard for their PRs and Im very very proud of them. Donny has been an amazing training partner and he is family and a good friend. Someone who you can count on. I at one point my whole powerlifting career have been one of very few and if not the only Powerlifter at golds gym in venice. But now we got a few and its great to see these guys all competing. Another shout out to another monster doing his first meet Matt Mitchell it will be great to see these Animals all go after their goals and exceed them. Im just proud of you Donny!!!!! lets go get it!!!!!!!!!!!
