I just want to let you know that I have your Maytag Steam Clean - TopicsExpress

I just want to let you know that I have your Maytag Steam Clean dishwasher (and have had this for a few years) I had always thought that I was the problems with this dishwasher..... We purchased a home with a much older and lower end dishwasher, and was amazed at how great (and fast) this dishwasher worked, so thought maybe I just did not have the water pressure that was needed at the older home that we had previously owned.... I gave the dishwasher that was in this house to my sister in law and installed this newer and much higher end dishwasher, with expectations of the Greatness that Maytag talks of .... it STILL takes nearly 3 hours to do my dishes (and I do NOT use the dry cycle) - (this is energy efficiency?)and most of the time I have to do the loads more than once.... I pre-wash my dishes prior to loading them, though they are not perfect. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, when I went to unload the dishes that I started before I went to bed last night. If there had not been traces of water on the plastic dishes, I would have thought that NOTHING had been washed. I use high quality laundry detergent, I do not overload it.... so this brings me to the conclusion that it is YOUR product, and not me. How I wish I had kept that other dishwasher! I will NEVER, EVER buy another of your products, if this is what you call quality. Kim Roe-Kester
