I just want to personally thank Kurt Ulman, Trenton Bruce Shields, Terri Shields, Sue Anderson, Jeff Buckler, Don Hughes, Rob Quarters, Kelly Michelle Wilson, Jennifer Spriggs, Tracy Stanley, Paul Anderson, and anyone else I may have missed for showing up to search, as well as The North East Michigan Militia, the Sheriffs department, Tawas Fire and Rescue, Rose City Fire and Rescue, EMS, Michigan State Police, as well as Mitchs pizza for offering food and coffee, Shell gas station for the coffee, and Alabaster Corner Store for offering to provide tents and food and water for search parties. As well as the countless others I may have forgot to mention, or perhaps did not see in the crowds, for there were so many, and much confusion. It makes me proud to be part of a community that cares so much, and is so quick to be called to action when notified of an emergency. It also gives me some comfort to know, if God forbid, something was to ever happen, I know I live in a community of DOERS, not afraid to step up and sacrifice for others! Thank you all, and may God Bless you for showing such kindness and love to your neighbor in their time of pain and need.
