I just want to say Thank you to everyone who has called, text, sent messages on Facebook and all of you who have spent hours with us at the hospital, and to all of our prayer warriors we need continued prayers. We need all we can get, Dads nurse just told my Mom tonight that it is going to be a long week. Dad is stable right now, the medicine for his heart is keeping his heart in rhythm (he has had a problem with his heart and the rhythm for a while) that was touch and go at first but the medicine is keeping it under control right now. He had an artery that was 100% blocked and they put a stent in when he got to the ER yesterday. They are going to try weaning him off of the sedation medication tonight and see how he responds. Then we will continue from there all depending on how he responds because they dont want to put his heart under any stress. Then they will check for any neurological problems because we dont know how long he was out and had no oxygen. He had no pulse when the paramedics got to him, but he was with a guy on the job site and the guy said he went out to flag down the ambulance and when he came back Dad was out, so we are praying he was only out for a minute or so. Dad looked much better today, his color looked good and he looked more like himself. We just ask for continued prayers that he will continue to progress and respond well to treatment and weaning off of the medicine. He is my hero, my superman, My Daddy and he is one tough man and I have faith that he will fight and give it all he has. He has all of these grandchildren, children, my Mom and many many family and friends that all love this man more than he will ever know and it shows by the amount of support you all have shown our family. From the bottom of my heart Thank you all so much and please, please, please continue to pray for him.
