I just want to say how impressed I am with my local sheriffs - TopicsExpress

I just want to say how impressed I am with my local sheriffs department school resource officers. I got to meet several of them today while doing an autism training. They had great questions, and they showed genuine interest and compassion for kids on the spectrum. Several times they bounced around ideas and were just so receptive overall. Clearly, these men and women see themselves not only as law enforcement, but they recognize their importance to the schools and children they serve. Im excited that my countys autistic students will have an understanding ally in these great folks.
