I just want to say i think its really great and not annoying that everybody is doing this ALS challenge because i lost someone very close to me in my family from ALS. My Aunt Aileen and if she was alive today to see everybody doing this, she would want to do it her self or be so happy everyone is participating in it because she devoted so much time into the ALS foundation and donated so much in hope to find a cure. She was an amazing women with the kindest heart and she did not deserve to get the disease, nobody does. It takes everything from you. From walking to not being able to even speak anymore, and the worst part is you are able to think like everyone else and are fully aware of things and situations, but youre just not able to talk or move your muscles because they are dead. I grew up watching her suffer from it and i will never forget how horrible i felt every single time i saw her. All i hope now is that she is looking down on us and seeing people are becoming more aware of this disease. We love you Aunt Aileen and will never forget you. You were a great person and you defiantly left a mark on my life and im sure everyone elses too.
