I just want to say that for the past 8 yrs Ive let cigarettes completely rule my life! On average between 9/10 decks a week and costs anywhere between $200-$250. Smoking had played the biggest part in my every day to day activities, no matter what I was doing! Id become completely reliant on the nicotine to get me through my days an tbh it never even crossed my mind that one day Id be strong enough to ever quit this shit! Even though it might not sound like much to some ppl, but this is my 7th day without a cigarette!! Its been one of the hardest things Ive ever done! but Im coping well! An with the support of a select few getting me through each day :) As much as this may sound like Im preaching, I just want to say that if I can do it, anyone can!!! N so Now its time to save some money n better my Heath ✌️
